Know what's safe to spend — today, and a year out.
Flo links to your checking account, learns your bills and paychecks, and turns them into one number you can act on: how much you can spend right now without a bill bouncing later. Coming to the App Store as Flo Forecast.
Read-only. Flo never moves money and never sees your bank password.

One number, three horizons
Most budgeting apps tell you where money went. Flo tells you where it's going — and whether this month's spending sets next month up to fail.
Safe to spend
The lowest your balance is projected to reach, minus a floor you set, across this month, the next three, or the next twelve. If it goes red, Flo tells you the date and how much to trim.
Carries next month?
Your month-end balance only matters if it covers what's due in the first week of next month. Flo checks that for you every time it syncs.
Bills & income, learned once
Rent, the car, the phone, every paycheck — enter them once with how often they hit. Flo matches real bank activity to each one automatically and flags anything it can't.
Groups you control
Categories roll up into groups you name — Housing, Utilities, Credit cards, or whatever fits your life — so a month reads at a glance.
A month, three ways
Switch any month between what's planned, what's posted, and what's left. Tap a group to see every category and every transaction under it.
Insights that stay honest
Money in vs. out with averages, net by month a year back and a year ahead, and a plain read on which bills keep running over what you planned.
Built for people who live in one checking account
Flo isn't a net-worth dashboard or an envelope system. It answers the question you actually ask at the register: can I afford this without causing a problem later?

This month, with the carry-over check for next month

Any month: planned, posted, or what's left

Insights: a year back, a year ahead
Questions
How does Flo connect to my bank?
Through Plaid, the same service used by most banking and budgeting apps. You sign in on Plaid's screen, not ours; Flo receives a read-only token for balances and transactions and never sees your credentials. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.
Can Flo move my money?
No. Flo is read-only by design. It can't transfer, pay, or withdraw anything.
What does it cost?
Early access is free while Flo Forecast is in TestFlight. When it launches, linking a bank will be part of a paid plan because each connection costs us money; tracking by hand will stay free.
When is it available?
Flo Forecast is in development for iPhone. Join the early-access list on the support page and you'll get a TestFlight invitation when the beta opens.
Who makes it?
Flo is built by JustJoshin LLC, a small company in Greenville, South Carolina. More about us.
